These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Slovak Meadows website and your purchase of products from Slovak Meadows s. r. o., a company established in Slovakia, European Union.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Slovak Meadows is a Slovak company established under the laws of the Slovak Republic.
2. Our Products
We make and sell clothing and related products inspired by Slovak culture, traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
Because some of our products are handmade or produced in limited quantities, small variations in colour, texture, pattern, stitching or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade and textile products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and settings.
3. Made-to-Order and Personalised Products
Some products may be made after an order is placed.
A product that is simply produced after you place an order is not necessarily a personalised product.
Products that are specifically made to your measurements, specifications or personal requirements, or that are clearly personalised for you, may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union.
Where a product is personalised or made to your specific requirements, we will clearly indicate this before you place your order.
If you provide us with incorrect measurements, specifications or other information required to make a personalised product, we cannot be responsible for problems resulting from that incorrect information.
4. Product Availability
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
If we are unable to fulfil an order because a product is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include offering an alternative product or providing a full refund.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
For customers in the European Union, the displayed product prices include the applicable VAT based on the destination country, where VAT applies to the order. Customers therefore see the product price inclusive of the applicable VAT, with any applicable shipping costs shown separately.
The total order price consists of the prices of the selected products and applicable shipping costs. The final amount payable is displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional charges may apply in the destination country, including import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities or the carrier. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, such charges are not included in the displayed product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm that the products are available for fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, inability to fulfil the order, or other circumstances permitted by law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
7. Payment
We currently accept payment through payment providers including:

Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems unless expressly stated otherwise.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders may require additional processing time, particularly for made-to-order, handmade or personalised products.
For international orders, delivery may be delayed by customs procedures, weather, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Customers ordering products outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Our general return procedures are described in our Returns & Refund Policy
Customers in the European Union who purchase as consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions.
This statutory right does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the consumer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
11. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by our voluntary return policy.
For customers in the European Union, applicable statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
12. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for certain products, subject to availability and our Returns & Refund Policy.
An exchange policy offered by Slovak Meadows does not replace or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
13. Sale Products
Products offered at a discounted or sale price remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
A product being on sale does not by itself remove a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal or statutory rights relating to defective goods.
Any specific exception will only apply where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated before purchase.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes may be subject to additional terms stated at the time they are issued.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
promotional codes may have expiration dates;
promotional codes may not be applied retroactively to completed orders.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional codes that have been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to their stated terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product images, logos, graphics, designs, text, illustrations, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Slovak Meadows unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
16. User Content and Reviews
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
By submitting content to us, you grant Slovak Meadows a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes of operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, cyber incidents or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Slovak Meadows as a company established in Slovakia, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to customers in their country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives you of mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable EU or national law.
Consumers may also have access to mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer-protection mechanisms available in their country.
